vacation in Italy.
With our vast experience in planning and
organizing custom designed Italy tours and our extensive
knowledge of its cities, small towns and regions, including
hundreds of hotels, restaurants, museums and wineries, we
are uniquely capable of developing a tour program or itinerary
tailored to your exact needs.
1). CONSULTATION
Suggestions with contact information (non written) to advise
you of hotel, sites, restaurants, trattoria, transportation
and planning of your trip to Italy. The client is responsible
for making the reservations.
RATE: $75/hour with a $100 minimum.
2). TOUR PLANNING & RESERVATIONS
Program Planning for your trip to Italy that includes reservations.
Written documentation is provided along with maps, confirmations,
and interesting articles about the areas that you will be
traveling to. This planning can be as detailed as you would
like it to be. This information is presented to you in a
notebook format upon the conclusion of your travel arrangements,
and prior to your departure.
RATE: %15 of bookings plus copying fees
3). PRIVATE GUIDED TOUR
Together we design a program especially for your group or
family. A bilingual guide will accompany you throughout
your vacation. Transportation methods are discussed during
the planning, utilizing a minivan or professional coach
and driver.
